What Housdy does
Most property sites show you everything and leave the matching to you. Housdy does the matching. You tell us about the people in your home and what each of them needs, and we score every project in the city against all of it at once: the school run, the drive to work, the nearest hospital, the budget and the amenities.
For builders and agents, Housdy brings buyers who already fit their project, along with a clear picture of what each family is looking for, and personal match reports they can send to their own clients.

Add each member, from your spouse and children to your parents, and mark what matters to each of them as a Need, a Want or a Like.

Every project gets a score
We score each project from 0 to 100 across location, budget, schools, commute, healthcare, amenities and livability, weighted by your Needs, Wants and Likes.

See the reason behind it
Each part of the score comes with its reason, so you can shortlist with confidence, compare projects side by side and talk to verified sellers.

Real distances
Commute is measured on real road routes with actual drive time, not a straight line on a map. Schools, hospitals, metro and markets come from India-first data.
Facts you can check
Project details come from builders, developers and public sources, with RERA numbers shown where a project is registered. Prices and timelines can change, so verify them with the seller before you decide.
Your data stays yours
Your family's preferences are used to compute your matches. The reports you make are yours, and a share link shows only what you choose to share.
